By accessing or using uhaieneo.com and purchasing any Eneo product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Eneo provides methodology-led spatial consultancy, education courses, and environmental audit services. Service descriptions on the website are provided for informational purposes and may be updated from time to time.
3. Purchases and Payment
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased course tier via email.
- Group Coaching and Private Client tiers are subject to cohort availability.
4. Refund Policy
If you complete the first two modules of the Foundation Course and feel the methodology is not for you, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@uhaieneo.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, methodology frameworks, assessment templates, and materials are the intellectual property of Eneo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eneo provides educational content and spatial consultancy. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or architectural advice. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of our methodology.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to These Terms
